Growth Intelligence is a business research practice based in Geelong, Victoria, founded by Reyan Fernando. This policy explains what information we collect through growthintelligence.com.au and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Email sign-ups. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and a note of which form on the site you used. We do not ask for anything else.
Site usage. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time of visit) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers.
Research conversations. If you take part in an interview for an edition, we record what you tell us and, with your permission, may record the conversation. Nothing you say is published with your name or business attached unless you have agreed to it. Anyone can ask to stay anonymous, before or after the conversation.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send Growth Intelligence updates: new editions, field notes and launch events. We don’t sell, rent or share subscriber lists with anyone. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Who handles your data for us
Subscriber emails are stored and sent through MailerLite, which processes them on our behalf. The website is hosted in Australia. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when they load.
Cookies
The public site doesn’t set cookies for tracking. If you sign in to the site, WordPress sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email rf@growthintelligence.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled a concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and note the date at the top.
