Growth Intelligence is a business research practice focused on the Geelong business community. The promise is simple: find out what’s really happening in Geelong business, and share what we learn.
It was founded by Reyan Fernando, who has worked in and around business in Geelong for more than twenty years, most of it in IT, where he built and ran his own company before merging it with a larger managed services provider. Since then he has worked alongside leadership teams across the region as a Certified EOS Implementer, helping them get clear on their vision and execute on it. That experience shapes the questions he asks, but the research and conclusions are his own.
Reyan also hosts Beyond Growth, a podcast of long-form conversations with business owners and leaders, most of them from Geelong. Around thirty-five episodes in, those conversations made the case for Growth Intelligence: go looking for the patterns properly, and write them down.
He sits on the board of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce. This isn’t commentary from Melbourne or Sydney about regional business; it’s research done in Geelong, with Geelong leaders, for the people running businesses here.
